These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all orders placed on the Orthocrocs website. By ordering from our store, you fully and unconditionally accept these terms.

The products offered are described and presented as accurately as possible.

Images are non-contractual. Some variations may occur (particularly due to screen differences).

Our shoes are orthopedic and designed for foot comfort, but they are not classified as medical devices.

2. Pricing

Orthocrocs reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, products will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time the order is placed.

3. Orders

Placing an order implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale.

An order confirmation will be sent to you by email once your payment has been validated.

4. Payment

Payment is required at the time of order.

Payments are secure and can be made by credit card, PayPal, or any other method offered on the site.

5. Shipping

The average delivery time is 15 business days after order confirmation.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return a product if it does not suit you.

Products must be unworn and in their original condition.
